Thank you for shopping with Village Cookwares. We take pride in offering quality handmade and traditional kitchenware. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You receive a damaged product while Shipping

  • You receive the Completely wrong product.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us (Whatsapp:9443230733 or Mail us: Villagecookwares@gmail.com) with your order number and clear HD photos and HD videos of the product and Unboxing of the packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Minor scratches, natural marks, surface variations, or slight color differences in handmade products.

  • Slight variations in size, weight, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature of the products.

  • Damage caused by improper seasoning, misuse, overheating, accidental drops, or improper cleaning.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

  • Change of mind, dislike of the product, or incorrect product selection by the customer.

3. Return Process

Once your request is received, our team will review the information provided. If approved:

  • We may arrange a return pickup where service is available, or

  • You may be requested to send the product to us securely packed.

The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging and accessories, wherever applicable.

4. Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If the claim is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Replacement

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund if the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If a cancelled order is eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method.
