Returns & ReplacementsReturns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.For handmade stoneware, cast iron, wooden products, and similar traditional products:Minor scratches, natural texture variations, color differences, and handcrafted imperfections are normal and are not considered defects.Damage resulting from improper seasoning, misuse, accidental drops, overheating, or failure to follow product care instructions is not eligible for return or replacement.
